Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Tayang (“Tayang”, “we”) for using Tayang. By creating an account you agree to them. If you use Tayang for a business, you agree on its behalf.

01What Tayang does

Tayang makes short faceless videos with AI: it picks topics in a niche you choose, writes scripts, makes images and short clips, records a voiceover, adds captions and music, and can post the result to TikTok and YouTube on a schedule you set. Features may change as we improve the service.

02Your account

  • You must be at least 18 to use Tayang.
  • Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
  • Give accurate details, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.

03Plans, videos and payment

Plans are monthly subscriptions. Each plan adds a set number of credits to your balance every billing month, shared by all your series; making one video uses 10 credits, whatever its length. You can also buy extra credits once, in credit packs. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

  • Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which also charges sales tax or VAT where it applies. Prices are shown in US dollars; your bank may convert them.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel.
  • If a video fails to make, its credits go back to your balance automatically.
  • We may change prices. We will tell you at least 14 days before a new price applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before then.

Cancelling and refunds are covered in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

04Your content

You own the videos Tayang makes for you, and anything you upload, as far as the law allows. You give us permission to store, process and post that content only to run Tayang for you.

AI output is not always unique: another user may receive similar topics, images or wording. You are responsible for checking a video before relying on it, and for what you post.

05Acceptable use

Do not use Tayang to make or post content that:

  • is illegal, or breaks the rules of the platform it goes to;
  • harasses, threatens or sexualizes anyone, or targets real private people;
  • impersonates someone, or presents made-up events as real news to mislead people;
  • infringes someone else’s copyright or trademark;
  • promotes violence, self-harm, hate, or dangerous activities.

Also do not resell access to Tayang, try to break or overload it, or get around its limits. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

06AI-generated content labels

Every video Tayang posts is marked as AI-generated on the platform it goes to. Do not remove or hide that label when you repost a video yourself.

07Connected platforms

When you connect TikTok or YouTube, you authorize Tayang to post for you and you must also follow those platforms’ terms. They can limit, demonetize or remove content, and change their APIs, at any time. We are not responsible for their decisions or for lost reach, views or income.

08Availability

We work to keep Tayang running, but it is provided “as is”, and we cannot promise it will always be available, on time, or free of errors. A scheduled post can be late or skipped, for example when a provider is down or your credits have run out.

09Liability

As far as the law allows, Tayang is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, followers or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that the law does not let us limit.

10Ending your account

You can stop using Tayang and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it. If we shut down Tayang, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice and refund the unused part of any prepaid period.

11Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will email you before it takes effect; using Tayang after that means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Before going to court, contact us so we can try to solve the problem together. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
